We are looking for a Scrum Master for an international pharmaceutical audits provider. The company's mission is to help pharmaceutical companies improve the quality of products in their supply chains by reducing efforts and resources wasted on activities that do not contribute to the safety and sustainability of the end product.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a scrum master role
Good language skills in English, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with software development
Excellent organizational skills
Affinity for technological interaction, in particular with tools such as JIRA, GitHub and Slack.
A thorough understanding of how an agile mindset fosters innovation and stakeholder value.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques, ceremonies and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Responsibilities
Promote and support agile methodologies
Help a cross functional team of software developers, product managers and designers understand SCRUM theory, practices, rules and values.
Coach team members for an agile mindset
Drive continuous improvement in collaboration, communication and usage of online tools between team members.
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Help build a productive environment where team members own’ the product and enjoy working on it
