As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Tidio, you will work with multiple Product and Technology teams to provide quality assistance, identify and mitigate potential risks, establish and improve software development and quality processes, and implement automation tools.
You will seek the best solutions to enhance the quality of our product while increasing the development speed. You're an excellent fit for this position if you want to ship world-class products while pursuing excellence in quality, improving engineering teams' and processes' efficiency.
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will :
Tackle tasks from CI / CD area, improving infrastructure and configuring tools in collaboration with DevOps Engineers,
Assess testing frameworks to find opportunities for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness,
Take care of architecture in our quality engineering ecosystem,
Cooperate with Product & Technology Teams to establish new and improve existing quality practices,
Have impact on identifying and driving testing processes' improvements by actively participating in QA Guild meetings and other Technology department initiatives,
Work with Software Engineers to improve their skills in efficient testing and writing testable code,
Gather and analyse data to find weak points in systems or processes and make mindful decisions to focus on improving these areas,
Provide expertise and overall software quality engineering technical guidance,
Mentor and provide training assistance to fellow QA Engineers within technical aspects.
You are a perfect fit if :
You have 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Assistance, of which 3+ years you spent in the automation areas,
You have hands-on experience with E2E testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress or similar (both maintenance and development),
You have experience in implementing CI / CD pipelines in the quality area,
You can design testing frameworks that are easily maintainable, resilient, efficient and scalable,
You have an understanding of Frontend and Backend communication, e.g. REST API and know how this applies to testing methods and automation,
You understand and follow the best coding & testing practices,
You show the "getting things done" attitude, proactively solving issues and taking ownership of new initiatives.
You will earn extra points for :
Experience in mobile application testing automation, e.g. Detox, Appium,
React knowledge of DOM elements and components in terms of E2E frameworks integration,
Having an experience with non-functional automated tests (e.g. scalability limits, performance, security, etc.).
