System & Network Support Engineers for our Telecom & IT Security department.
Performs high technical analysis, configuration and engineering project work.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
Complete technical sections for RFP / RFI / RFQ responses for tenders.
Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint. Determining support needs for the customer.
Responsible for installation, support and maintenance of the company’s networking products and solutions.
Responsible for high level diagnosis, analysis and problem solving.
Provide assistance to identified resellers with technical training.
Customer calls - be the main technical resource on customer calls and answer / educate the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
Required Skills :
AEI / TEI level education in the relevant fields.
2+ year minimum know how and experience in technical support and problem solving as a systems engineer in the fields of : LAN / WAN / Internet services administration.
Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, WiFi indoor / outdoor, VoIP telephony, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti-Virus.
Be an outgoing personality with positive customer-focused attitude.
To have the ability to represent complex product and networking solutions to the existing and or perspective customers.
English : speak, read and write on a professional level.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced innovation technological world.
Driver’s license (Auto / Moto).
