As a member of an internal HR team, the ideal candidate will be involved mainly in recruitment, onboarding and brand awareness projects.

As a team member will also be involved in other practice areas such as employee relations, internal policies & employee evaluations.

There is a lot of variety within the role but principle responsibilities will include the following :

  • Manage talent acquisition and full cycle recruitment process
  • Partner with internal hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, skills, knowledge and abilities necessary for each open requisition
  • Sourcing for the identification of qualified candidates using different types of sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean-search, LinkedIn and passive candidate sourcing)
  • Compose job descriptions based on job analysis, advertise positions, screen and manage applications
  • Coordinate the hiring process for all new comers (collect all relevant paperwork needed for the hiring, manage the onboarding process, create the employee’s record in the company’s HRIS etc.)
  • Monitor recruitment budget
  • Support the annual performance management procedures
  • Responsible for updating HRIS data
  • Provide research and statistical information by collecting, preparing and analyzing data for use in implementation of procedures and policies
  • Participate in HR projects , p.ex employee survey, internal communication etc
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as absenteeism, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resources policies
  • Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business Administration, HRM, Information Technology or other relative discipline
  • MSc on HRM or MBA will be a plus
  • 2-3 years prior experience in IT recruitment
  • Knowledge of technical job descriptions and familiarity with technical terms will be an advantage
  • Familiarity in HR processes & methods
  • Knowledge of payrolllegislation / regulations will be considered a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong advisory, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Excellent use of English language (verbal & written)
  • Fulfilled militaryobligations (for male candidates)
