Sales & Marketing Manager
A Hospitality Management Company offering a wide range of management services to individual hotels and villas is currently expanding its team.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will represent the properties under the Management portfolio of the company. Namely, one Athens landmark 45-
room property in the city centre, and one 29-room resort in Santorini. Both properties are currently under development and scheduled to open in May 2019.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities :
Assisting in the development of the sales & marketing strategy & marketing plan for the hotels under in line with company objectives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales & marketing activities.
Development of PR / Marketing activities, business strategies and new opportunities hence contributing to the short and long-
term organizational planning.
Developing necessary branding & promotional material of the management company and hotels.
Maximizing publicity coverage locally & internationally whilst reducing marketing expenditure.
Enhance Social Media presence in liaison with each property; design & co-ordinate campaigns to increase guest online engagement.
Sales calls and participation in Trade shows.
Preparing rate plans, contracts, reports and other sales & marketing paperwork.
Update information, photos of hotels on TO / TA / OTAs websites.
Create competition analysis and indicate new market segments.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential partners.
Arrange and coordinate fam trips and site inspections.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
Computer literate and able to use customer relationship management databases. Past experience in city and resort hotels.
Fluent in Greek and English languages, both written and verbal. A third language is considered a plus.
Required Skills :
Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills; must be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and team members.
The capacity to meet project deadlines.
