We are hiring a French Customer Representative (French speaking native near native), you will be part of a leader multinational based in Greece, with good market position and business.
Jobs Responsibilities :
Make sure of supplying technical support to customers, that can include :
Following services satisfaction and standard performance
Creating and managing user accounts / password, subscriptions
Handling the access management with shared folders
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of applications
Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, VPN and computer hardware
Any other technical issue related to End User Computing
Skills and Knowledge :
Background and a solid base of knowledge with various Operating Systems and informatics services and packaged applications (Windows 7 x32 / x62, Office 365, SCCM 2012 R2, Windows Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / , Admin Studio; etc.)
Computer hardware troubleshooting experience
Printer / scanner troubleshooting background
Knowledge of ITIL ideal
Basic Administration of Lotus Notes messaging
Native or Fluent French plus Fluent in English
Excellent communication skills are essential.
