Parex i s a reputable Greek fashion company, with B2B, B2C and eCommerce activities in Greece. We are looking for an experienced and passionate eCommerce Manager who will lead the eCommerce team to achieve growth and expansion for our ecommerce website and bring extra value to our team.
The eCommerce Manager will report directly to the Managing Director of the company.
The right candidate will :
Closely monitor business plan performance and drive any necessary changes to meet or exceed targets
Monitor and analyze KPIs for operations, sales and marketing effectiveness of the online store
Manage SEM & SEO strategy and overlook the digital agency
Monitor the external agencies, to ensure an efficient and professional online site is constantly developed and maintained.
Managing the relationship with third parties and / or intermediary services (bank, courier, ERP / CRM systems)
Create, implement and analyze results of the Email marketing strategy
Create, implement and monitor the Affiliate Marketing program
Ensure key performance indicators are met with regards to the creation and maintenance of online strategy.
Ensure the on-line website reflects the desired customer proposition in terms of content and timing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage the eshop.
Liaise with the graphic designer, to ensure brand image.
Assist the merchandising department on rapidly reporting low stock indications
Research, collate and analyse information in order to spot trends and make recommendations to continuously improve the on line service.
Stay current with best practices, strategies and industry standards related to eCommerce, brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
Participate in the strategic planning of the company with eCommerce goals & insights.
Combine segmentation, customer profiling and campaign results from Marketing & Trade activities to create customized direct campaigns and enhance existing omnichannel loyalty schemes
Lead, monitor and coordinate the marketing team
Up-skill the existing ecommerce team
Any other ad hoc duties as required
A University Degree related to e-Commerce / Computer Sciences / Business Studies
3-5 years of proven experience as eCommerce manager ( experience in online fashion is considered a plus)
Excellent knowledge in Google Analytics and data analysis
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking
Proven experience in eCommerce operations
Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media
Email marketing skills and experience with at least 1 email service provider (ESP) platform
Fluency in Greek and English (written and oral)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Extreme attention to detail & pixel-perfect mentality
Internet and technology savvy
