The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting Project Managers in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met.
Under the direction of the PM, the Assistant Project Manager is expected to take on any / all tasks in the quest to learn all he / she can about European projects.
Daily Responsibilities : Running on the European projectsManage day-to-day project activities. Under the supervision of a Project Manager s / he is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and preparing cost exposure reports and cash flow projections, maintaining comprehensive budgets, monitoring and maintaining schedulesProvide support to Field StaffFollow the Companies Best PracticesManages daily staff assignments and participates in monthly staff meetingsParticipates in all project meetings, takes meeting minutes and distributes to all project team members in a timely fashionWe offer : Working for well-
