Position Overview

Professional in the Business Analytics and Salesforce Effectiveness areas with ability to analyse large sets of data, synthesize the different and opposing views of all involved stakeholders and, eventually, reach business conclusions in a concise and well-

articulated manner to drive above-average performance for the affiliate and the company overall.

Key Result Areas & Tasks

  • Market analytics, market sizing, competitive analysis
  • Affiliate’s Sales & Activity KPI monitoring, analysis, benchmarking and automation with development of KPI dashboards
  • Ongoing performance reviews with Affiliate MD and BU Directors
  • Optimizing customer engagement via digital and web analytics
  • Demand and Sales Forecasting (products, therapeutic areas, market)
  • Incentive & Compensation (SIP) scheme development, monitoring and payout calculations
  • Driving implementation of HCP Profiling, Segmentation (current & innovative approaches)
  • Leading ad-hoc projects strategic for the affiliate or the Region (e.g., Business Development, Portfolio Strategy, KOL mapping and assessment, Resource Optimization, Detailing channel optimization, Digital Analytics etc)
  • Ongoing cross-functional collaboration and projects (with BUs, Market Access, Finance)
  • Education & Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration

    MBA preferred

    At least 3 years of prior work experience in roles of Analytics, BI, Market Research, Marketing

    Past experience in a multi-national management consulting firm a plus

    Experience in the Pharmaceuticals market and some therapeutic areas a plusFluency in English

  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers
  • Ability to synthesize large sets of data from various sources and get to concise and top-level business conclusions for Affiliate’s top management
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and with strong willingness to advance within a dynamic organization
  • Very good presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task
