You have :
A degree in Computer Science, Software Development or Computational Linguistics
5+ years of consumer facing software product management experience
5+ Java Development experience
Experience in one or more the following technology sectors : IVR / CTI, ASR or similar.
Domain knowledge in Customer Service / Contact Center.
Experience in business requirements analysis and data analysis
Experience with User Interfaces Design, including Voice User Interfaces
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
You might also have :
MBA or Master’s degree
Passion for digital media and the mobile space
Start-up environment experience a big plus
Previous experience in Speech technology systems analysis, design and development

You will be :
Leading the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis
Using market research, consumer / user feedback, and competition analysis to identify new product opportunities
Defining creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
Developing detailed business requirements and use cases that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
Defining product marketing communication objectives
Working closely with software teams to deliver products to market
Proactively identifying and resolving strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Owning the KPIs used to define success for the products. Success KPIs and Return-On-Investment must be defined at the inception of a product and tracked throughout its lifecycle and must be visible to all stakeholders
Prioritizing among competing opportunities, balancing customer needs with business priorities, and articulating the rationale behind decisions
Innovating and brainstorming for various products
Consulting clients on User Experience and UI design and best practices
Continuing professional and technical education, attending workshops, seminars, etc
