Reporting to the Head of Legal, advising on all legal matters in the day-to-day management of an Energy and Infrastructure fund, from project acquisition, to development, negotiation of construction and financing agreements and corporate matters
Independently drafting and review of various contracts (e.g. SPA, EPC, O&M, Financing, Development, etc.)
Participation in contract negotiations
Analysis of regulatory and permitting matters during the development stage of a project
Corporate housekeeping with regard to project companies (e.g. drafting of minutes, PoAs, acquisition of SPVs, change of directors)
Steering of external legal counsels as well as acting as interface between external legal counsels and the business team
Qualified lawyer in Greece, preferably with knowledge of regulatory law
At least 4-6 years post-qualified experience in the energy and infrastructure sector
Knowledge of corporate law, administrative law and financing
Excellent English skills, further languages (e.g. Spanish or German) are a plus
Highly motivated personality with strong negotiation and communication skills
Profound understanding of the commercial aspects of the energy and infrastructure sector as well as of complex structures
