The selected candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
In case you are selected, you will be based in Thessaloniki or in Athens and your main duties will include :
Developing effective HR procedures and policies to reflect business aims and focus
Developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues
Implementing Human Resources strategies by establishing department’s accountabilities
Leading and developing the HR team (8 people)
Providing consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations
Reporting to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
Developing human resources operations financial strategies
Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, training, recruiting, health and safety etc.
Developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with the firm’s objectives
Planning and overseeing company’s expansion project
Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
To be qualified for the job, you must possess the following skills and requirements :
7+ plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources managerial positions, in organized and established HR Departments
BSc / BA in Business Administration or relevant fields. MSc / MA in Human Resources Management will be considered a plus
Hands on experience in the development of HR strategies, policies and procedures
Budget management experience
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
High work ethic
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
