Position Requirements

  • Identifies and analyses training needs in the organization in a close cooperation with line managers
  • Designs, delivers & facilitates internal training programs (webinar & classroom format) at individual, functional and organizational level
  • Develops e-learning modules and LinkedIn learning paths, using relevant tools such as Articulate 360 and LinkedIn Learning platform for businesses
  • Monitors and manages AB Vassilopoulos’ annual training plan (Retail, HQ and Distribution Centers) and ENA Cash & Carry
  • Monitors best practices in the training area and introduces them in the organization
  • Searches, cooperates and evaluates external training providers and delivers tailored training programs and courses
  • Optimizes the training portfolio and prepares training manuals
  • Controls and monitors the assigned training budget
  • Systematic use of company’s e-Learning platform, LMS (Learning Management System) and HRIS (Human Recourses Information System) for the creation of reports and statistics according to specific KPIs activities
  • Candidate Profile

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and University degree in Business Administration, Psychology or relevant discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in a learning department of a large Multinational or Greek company. Alternatively at least 1-2 years in a Consulting Firm, with proven experience in classroom training, design, delivery and facilitation of various learning programs
  • Digital Savviness is considered a strong asset

  • Teamwork, cooperation and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Advanced planning and organization skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
