Customer Service / Tech Support in German Language

Our client

Our client is currently a worldwide top provider of Customer Experience Services by serving companies around the world providing superior results in managing their customer care and their technical support.

Scope of the position

The Customer Service department is to provide information and customer advice and handle any inquiries that require product or service support.

The department is supporting a global, multicultural network of partner organisations and professionals.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
  • Meet personal / customer service team targets and call handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of all Incidents and Service Requests
  • Requirements :

  • Native or fluent command of German Language
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Good use of MS Office and familiarity with technology
  • Strong communication skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
