Our company needs a Project Manager / Experienced VA who has experience assisting with admin, content development, and technical tasks involved in running a podcast player / app.
The right candidate must handle various duties such as podcast and podcast host research, podcast host outreach, creating smart notes, etc.
Help manage data collection
Host outreach preparation and execution
Create and review smart notes for different podcast episodes
Identify categories for proper tagging
Communicate with hosts for proper tagging
Build and develop processes
Basic graphic editing
Track and report analytics
Extensive research as needed
An understanding of podcast and podcast players is preferred
An eye for detail and self-direction
Ability to work with all kinds of people internally and externally
Great organizational skills and ability to learn new administrative software as needed
Must have outstanding research skills
A thorough understanding of user experience
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3 years of experience required (in-between junior and senior)
Experience handling certain platforms (Hubspot, Zendesk, etc.)
The required hours per month is 80 hours to start (20 per week)
