Xerox Hellas, a subsidiary of Xerox Corporation, worldwide leader in the fields of Document Technology and Services, offers a job opportunity, for an experienced Client Manager in the Direct Sales team (Large Enterprises).

The position reports to the Large Enterprises Sales Manager.

The role :

  • Promote Xerox’s relationship with a designated group of Large Enterprises’ customers namely in the Public Sector.
  • Focus on driving profitable, sustainable growth in those accounts, through building and implementing individual account plans.
  • Be aware of the industry trends and adapts Xerox offerings to customer’s needs.
  • Act as an influencer of clients’ enterprise document strategy.
  • Create opportunities for selling unique, value-added solutions and services, across the Xerox portfolio.
  • Collaborate effectively with the marketing and pre-sales teams in order to propose feasible end-to-end solutions, which lead to improved customers’ operations.
  • Be able to manage all stages of the selling cycle from initial approach and engagement throughout the Bids & Tenders process.
  • Continuously achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience and qualifications :

  • A track record of 3-4 years of proven involvement in public tenders’ processes and negotiations with clients in large enterprises’ account management roles.
  • Solid experience in the field of IT Services will be considered as a strong advantage.
  • Proof of experience in development and execution of business strategies, in order to substantially increase same account growth and revenue generation in large and complex organizations.
  • Ability to understand IT solutions & market trends within large enterprises’ environments / needs.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for innovation and thorough understanding of client business drivers.
  • Proven track record in won tenders and successfully implemented deals.
  • The ideal candidate should hold a University degree Master’s degree is desirable.
  • Be services oriented and able to collaborate with internal and external resources.
  • Have excellent writing and presentation skills in both English and Greek languages.
