We are looking for an ICT Support Agent adept at resolving Help desk and Hardware issues, as well as network issues. Level-headed and calm in stressful situations with well-developed social skills.
For this role you'll have to
Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, sip phones etc.)
Check computer hardware to ensure functionality
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (including apple devices)
Administer mobile phones number activations, device inventory control, MDM (Mobile Device Management), invoicing, etc.
Qualifications for this role include
Expertise in Helpdesk and Hardware services
Proficient Macintosh trouble-shooter
Good knowledge of English language
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
