This is a team of exceptionally trained global travel specialists who rise to the challenge of guiding and training our agents, tackling complicated customer issues and finding solutions relating to monetary disputes, cancellations, amendments, rebookings and technical glitches.
This role will be an integral part of the Operations department. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual who understands the value of customer service and has what it takes to proactively deliver exceptional assistance in a high volume inbound call, email and live chat environment.
This is a full-time permanent position working on a rotating roster across 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. In this position, working at night and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays is required.
