out and continuously improve them.

For our Customer Care team in Athens we are therefore looking for a (Retention). In this position, you will provide expertise to designated regions / markets, operations and Operational Center (OC) central function on the development and deployment of Lifecycle Management Retention strategy.

You’ll closely work with deployment planners and markets to transform the global strategy to market level needs and ensure the executional excellence from market side as well as operations side.

You’ll have full accountability on the program's performance funnel at market and respective regional level.

Your responsibilities will include :

Strategy Planning :

  • Closely collaborate with deployment planning managers on the strategic planning of Lifecycle Marketing Retention activities in the designated region / marketStrategy Deployment :
  • Drive the deployment of Lifecycle Marketing activities on retention by ensuring stakeholders alignment (markets, operations, OC) and their proper executionExecutional Excellence :
  • Be accountable for the seamless and proper execution for the designated region and lead the operations teams to ensure the seamless and timely deploymentRegional Initiatives :
  • Drive initiatives for the new developments at regional base, pilot the ideas, get learnings and feed them back to OC function to enrich the global toolboxBusiness Requirements :
  • Drive the system development to enable the program performance at scale and at an optimal cost, in collaboration with Digital, clearly defining the business requirements and the use cases for all the personas (eg, customer, Contact Service Center agent, Brand Retail staff) Capability Development :
  • Collaborate with other deployment managers of the same region to ensure the markets and regions have the clear understanding and expertise level on Lifecycle Management.
  • Ensure the sufficient knowledge level, alignment, as well as awareness in the respective marketProject Based Organization :

  • Operate in a project based approach closely collaborating with all other functions (ie; sales teams in the market / region) contributing to the new products / services releases with clear integration into the customer journey About you :
  • Proven track record in sales and / or marketing departments
  • Lifecycle Marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience in a B2C environment (i.e.
  • work experience in CSC) is an asset
