We are looking for a Junior Rider Recruiter to join & support our fast-growing team with full-cycle recruiting and new employees' onboarding coordination.
For this role you will :
Collaborate with Fleet Management teams to develop recruiting strategies and create innovative ways to source candidates.
Manage the full-cycle rider recruitment, including but not limited to :
Contacting and managing prospective candidates
Screening drivers for capability and experience
Scheduling onboarding sessions and ensuring sessions are all filled
Supporting rider orientations
Assist with administrative functions for local leads, such as ensuring that new hire processes and documentation are completed
Work with the rider growth team to ensure that the weekly targets are met
What you bring along :
BSc preferably in Business or Human Resources
Excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of G-suite and other online tools
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under pressure and strict timelines
Excellent time management skills
Proficiency with excel / office is essential
