  • Develops, recommends and gets agreement to Sales strategy for the market (internally, Distributor, Trade)
  • Directs market execution of all Sales / Commercial programs / plans and Investments
  • Annual agreement negotiation with distributor and other partners / agencies
  • Adapt and Execute Commercial plans for the allocated Market
  • Design and execute promotional strategy and negotiation of targets( Internally : NSV and profit targets & Externally : VOL and Investments)
  • Adapt and execute communication plans for working alongside with HGM / MED team, liaising with agencies
  • Evaluation of all types of market information on an ongoing basis to identify consumer insights and opportunities / white spaces in the market ( Innovation in market, partnerships)
  • Management of distributor & agency resources in markets (Market Research, Nutrition, Promotion), monitor performance on set objectives, evaluating success and improving relationship
  • Close working relationships with other departments that support the business : Demand Planning, Finance, Legal, Nutrition and European Teams
  • Use and understand IRI and ACNielsen data, customer point-of-sale and loyalty data and systems used to generate the information for category and customer reviews
  • Manage brand and market P&L

  • University degree in Management or Marketing or business related studies
  • FMCG experience, experience of sales related function is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced English level
  • Ability to handle broad workloads, overcome barriers, priorities effectively and manage changing requirements is important.
  • High negotiation skills
