TaskUs is looking for a Wellness and Resiliency Manager to lead and promote our Frontline First approach to ensure our employees are productive, resilient and enjoy coming to work.

We’re looking for people who are passionate and have the desire to lead our wellness teams as they execute coaching interventions to bolster employee resilience, help them reach goals and / or overcome obstacles.
Responsibilities Include :
Oversees end-to-end Wellness and Resiliency function of the site, managing a team of life coaches and vendor clinicians
Ensures wellness times are plotted and group sessions are facilitated weekly, or as required
Ensures 24 / 7 coverage of the site and that coaches and clinicians are available and scheduling sessions with teammates
Conducts weekly scheduled 1 : 1 sessions with coaches and team meetings to review goals and expectations, caseload management, group activities planned, outreach programming, challenges, wins and coaching case reviews
Evaluates and reviews emergency / crisis plans prepared by the Coaches and ensures proper endorsement / referral to mental health professionals
Initiates and facilitates specific programs, activities and projects assigned by the Senior Manager, Director or Global VP of Wellness and Resiliency
Onboards new coaches within and outside their teams to ensure global program standards are maintained in the department
Provides continuous professional development opportunities for coaches through internal and external training (when available / appropriate)
Develops self by proactively seeking programs and learning opportunities within and outside the company and finds ways to teach and transfer skills to the team
Gathers data to report to the Director of Research and Data Analytics for Resiliency and other key stakeholders
Partners with stakeholders across departments, sites, and geographies to promote wellness and resiliency initiatives and requirements
Presents wellness program information to clients, as requested
Represents the department in site leadership meetings
Initiates and facilitates specific programs, activities and projects between and among sites, assigned by the Sr Manager, Director or Global VP of Wellness and Resiliency
Designs and facilitates advanced and more complex (leadership, customized) wellness sessions and initiatives
Provides individual and group coaching sessions, and partners with the clients in the implementation of their action plans, as stated in the
Graduate of a 4-year college course in Psychology, Social Work, or similar field
Licensed Psychologist, Guidance Counselor, Mental Health Professional
Minimum 5 years experience in coaching or counseling
Minimum 5 years of people management and supervision
Excellent training, teaching or facilitation skills
Outstanding communication skills, with strong emphasis on listening skills
Above Average fluency in written and spoken English
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Bi-Lingual : Greek / English
Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks, preferred
Credentialed Coach (i.e., ICF), preferred
Minimum 3 years experience delivering both 1 : 1 and group counseling sessions with personnel dealing with emotional / graphic content, preferred
