About the role
Our People Team is at the heart of the Beat's success. Aligning people strategies and solutions with business goals to help drive the greatest business impact through our people is our top priority.
We will be disrupting the traditional ways of thinking about HR, building on innovation in consumer markets and platforms to create powerful, 5-star employee experiences which hone in on the most important moments in our employees’ career journeys.
To bring this lofty mission to life, we will leverage user centric design putting our HR consumers at the center of creative problem solving and in the driver's seat for transforming their work experiences.
We will couple this together with agile delivery principles to release early, release often and iterate through our open feedback loop.
What you'll be doing :
Partner with Engineering and Product leadership teams & people managers, building a consultative and trusting relationship that allows cascade of our People Strategy.
Help managers and their teams respond to changing business needs ensuring good change management and communication
Guide and coach Managers on people matters related to full Employee Experience Life Cycle - recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance, talent, learning & reward, in collaboration with Beat experts from each area of HR specialism
Create yearly / quarterly people / workforce plans for respective divisions
Monitor our engagement through existing tools and co-create action plans with teams to maintain and improve performance, productivity and retention
Promote our culture and reinforce our mission and core values
Drive and manage variety of People projects
Continuously bring thought leadership and best practice

What you'll need to have :
A minimum of 8 years progressive career in HR BP / HR Manager with core understanding of different areas of HR specialism (preferably from a Tech company (let’s also define the size)
Experience in working globally, remotely and across time zones
Excellent ability to build rapport and trust with different personalities, cultures and levels of the organization
A knack for understanding business opportunities and implications on People related priorities
Ability to coach and consult managers and employees
Strong interpersonal skills, influencing and presentation skills allowing to get your ideas across in a concise manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to ensure information flow in complex environments with instincts on how to activate the most effective communication channels for individual stakeholders
