As an Application Support Analyst , you will be supporting financial systems functioning in the biggest global financial institutions.

You will be cooperating with teams from The UK, India, and Poland, addressing issues related to our applications (incidents, event management) and performing tasks related to their maintenance (change requests, deployments, upgrades, maintenance checks).

Below you may find the main tasks in this position :

Analysis and resolution of issues raised against maintained applications;

Deployment of application code, and configuration of Web / Windows Services;

Support of business End of Day batch processing;

Updating clients regarding progress in the resolution of incidents and problems;

Assistance and cooperation with different internal and external teams during any maintenance activities.
