WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Athens and help us grow!

As a Senior Marketing Manager you will be working closely with wappier’s Executive Team and other cross-function team members to play your dynamic part in our hyper-growth.

You will be responsible for our annual MarCom plan creation and execution working closely with the C-level. From corporate online and offline marketing and communications to product marketing and employer branding, we are looking for a 360 marketer who understands - and mostly loves - technology and product, an enthusiastic and communicative all-around professional who demands and brings excellence to the table.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Strategic planning and implementation of corporate annual MarCom plan, both online and offline (goals, budget allocation, distribution channels, performance measurement)
  • Weekly management and coordination with our PR agency based in San Francisco, CA
  • Creation and up-to-date maintenance of corporate product marketing materials in cooperation with product and management
  • Creation and up to date maintenance and presales material (incl. corporate pitch deck, 2-pager brochures, case studies, etc.)
  • Strategic development and implementation of annual event attendance and sponsorship plan (which events, why, how), followed by post-event ROI evaluation
  • Evaluation of the company's marketing business needs and leadership of your department's growth (managing budgets and resources)
  • Strategy building and maintenance of a successful corporate social media strategy (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and new channels depending on business needs)
  • Business development assistance with B2B meetings (during events / trade-shows) that convert to successful business relationships and potential new clients
  • Creation and delivery of internal and external company newsletter
  • Competition monitoring and reporting to Executive Team
  • Employer branding and brand evangelism in collaboration with HR : Planning and coordination of sponsorship / attendance at local events and meetups to help us spread the word Planning and implementation of company parties and team activities (incl.
  • off-sites, parties, etc.) Leadership of new employee company orientation

    Requirements

  • 5+ experience in a similar role
  • Strong preference for experience a Tech / SaaS organization
  • Strongly analytical profile
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to leverage internal resources and stakeholders to execute against deadlines within a complex organization
  • A growth-hacker at heart
  • Outstanding communication (written and oral), presentation, and leadership skills - "shine bright like a diamond"
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
  • You are very organized and have a strong attention to detail
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Availability to travel
  • IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE :
