On behalf of our client, a US leading manufacturer of highly engineered critical components and customized technology solutions for the energy, transportation and industrial markets, we are looking for a Full-stack Software Engineer to join their top-notch engineering team based in Athens.

Role Summary

As part of a highly motivated team, your main role will be to develop new & existing business applications that support internal critical systems and platforms.

You must be visionary, team-player and passionate about developing the next generation of company business platform!

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform software analysis, design, development and testing for company’s existing & new business applications
  • Propose the optimal approach in implementing the software to meet business requirements
  • Contribute to maintenance, integration, improvements, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms
  • Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices

    • Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant position
  • Hands on development experience in Java & Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC
  • BS / MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • High level of comfort and experience with SOAP & RESTful Web services
  • Knowledge with Java Swing and Google Web Kit
  • Familiarity with SQL databases
  • Excellent command of English
