Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for consulting services in Financial Services industry, we are now recruiting a Robotic Process Automation Associate for our Transformation Office team in Athens.

The opportunity :

The Transformation office team at our Internal Firm Services, is now proceeding with the recruitment of a BusinessProcess Automation (Robotics Process Automation / Analytics Process Automation) Associate, as part of our greater vision to empower our internal clients and drive transformation in all departments.

The successful candidate should be able to :

Be part of the team that undertakes the evaluation, planning and implementation of automation initiatives (analyse current procedures, assess automation potential, redesign and automate process etc.).

Participate in the fact-based review of the characteristics of a process in order to assess its suitability for automation, taking into account all factors and dimensions that drive a successful automation initiative

Support the design of the new automated process, considering alternative solutions, underlying assumptions, enablers, stoppers, obstacles, risks and potential benefits.

Assist in the implementation of the automation solutions using available RPA & APA tools / software and perform relevant testing to ensure flawless operation

Develop detailed, structured, transparent and complete deliverables (e.g. automation documentation, user manuals & instructions etc.

under relevant guidance and supervision

Easily adapt to new technologies and have a good understanding of the basic IT principles.

The successful candidate should :

Have an excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign top-tier university on Business Informatics / Computer Science / Mathematics / engineering or equivalent degree(s).

Have acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges

Be highly creative, flexible, adaptable, and able to work in ambiguous situations

Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem solving skills and be solution driven

Have excellent communications -both written and verbal in greek and english language- and active listening skills.

Be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

Ideally have a familiarity with Robotics Process Automation tools (mainly UiPath) and Analytics Process Automation tools (such as Alteryx).
