Job Description

A day in the life of a Front Office Agent

The overall objective of the DISS (Digital Identity and Signature Services) service is the support of users for Access Right Management, Account provisioning, Digital signature services, and the operation of the underlying applications and systems.

As member of the Digital Front-Office Team , you are the primary point of contact for the users of those services. You interact with them through email, phone or the ticketing systems, in English or French.

Your main focus is to register the requests and incidents, resolve them according to predefined procedures, or escalate them to other support groups where needed.

Your main duties will be to :

  • Receive, prioritize, categorize and track incidents & Service Requests
  • Monitor progress of tickets
  • Proactively create tickets to report incidents
  • Keep users informed on ticket status and progress
  • Escalate and refer to other parts of the organisation
  • Execute standard tasks, documented via Service Operational Procedures
  • Manage External and Functional Accounts
  • Manage Functional mailbox
  • Answer phone calls from the contact center
  • Monitor application availability through dashboard
  • If you have

  • Experience in Application Support
  • Very good spoken and written knowledge of English and French (other language is an asset)
  • Service and proactive Minded
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Punctual, meticulous, and reliable
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills
