We are currently looking for a passionate Tech Lead who can take ownership of the technical direction of our company.
Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in the development and evolution of the engineering team
Taking responsibility in architecting and developing a responsive front end stack
Liaise with PO to prioritise and build stakeholder requirements into our products
Be the PoC for the PM and play an active role in the E2E decision making
Understand business and technology trade-offs during all phases of the product life cycle
Produce high quality, high stability code and design by following software engineering best practices
Optimize and test applications for maximum speed and scalability
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Build applications and interfaces using modern frameworks
Troubleshoot, maintain, improve and manage existing and new web applications, both for desktop and mobile
Troubleshoot and integrate applications and websites with 3rd-party applications and APIs
Requirements
The right candidate should bring to the team :
5+ years of previous working experience as a Software Engineer
Solid experience of Javascript
Backend exposure
Ability to take initiative and offer resourceful solutions
A proactive and collaborative spirit
Fantastic to have!
Experience with UX principles and design
Experience with microservices
Familiarity with TypeScript
