    The main tasks in this AML compliance manager role are for you to :

  • Head of the Customer and Subagents’ Service Center that operates 7 days a week
  • Co-operate with other Managers so as to establish procedures and put them into effect
  • Follow and apply our company’s policies regarding personal and performance data confidentiality and security
  • Answering representatives’ questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing dissatisfied customers or handling issued that cannot be fielded by representative
  • Bring to closure serious / critical customer and subagent issues or complaints
  • Leading team meetings, educating and coaching representatives regarding processes and practices and explaining expectations to representative
  • Assisting other management team members in identifying trends
  • Establishing call center goals in co-operation with other key management (commercial, compliance, operations)
  • Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processed and ensure resources are properly allocated (monitor all statistical measurements / results on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and take sound decisions)
  • Guide, inspire and performance monitor a team of experienced call center agents
  • Set / revise goals and objectives and introduce actions to improve performance
  • Maintain a motivated and developed team of agents
  • Gather employee feedback and communicate to responsible staff for solutions and corrective actions
  • Contribute in annual budget, business planning and strategy creation.

    In order to be suitable for this AML compliance manager you must possess :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
  • At least 5-7 years of Management experience in a Contact Center environment (preferably that deals with clients and suppliers)
  • Full proficiency in Computer Systems, Internet & MS Office Package
  • Availability to work in a fast paced and demanding working environment
  • Knowledge of AVAYA phone systems and CRM tools would be preferable
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High organizational and time management skills are essential
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs : Qualitative, Quantitative and Sales
  • Creative thinking with the ability to innovate and implement solutions
  • Excellent soft skills and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge with Contact Center standards, regulations and procedures followed on all levels of production.
