International Trade Area Manager

Department : Commercial / Exports

You are responsible for :

  • Develop strategies to target and capitalize on new sales growth opportunities within an agreed geographical area, identifying potential customers, initiating engagement and following through to secure the opportunity
  • Determine potential sales growth opportunities with current customers, ensuring they are aware of the full company capabilities
  • Establish and maintain private label and contract manufacturing sales and profitability budgets for both existing and new customers
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of factory capabilities, product developments, lead times, shipping terms etc.
  • Qualify all potential customer opportunities based on volumes, requirements, feasibility and profitability
  • Work with the commercial support, R&D, production and accounts teams to effectively deliver the customer needs and requirements within the company’s guidelines
  • Your Education & Qualifications are :

  • BSc in Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • MSc degree would be considered a plus
  • 5 years min experience in European sales
  • Proficient knowledge using MS Office; knowledge of ERP / SAP, CRM is essential
  • Excellent Knowledge of English language (verbal / written); knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus
  • You are a professional with :

  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • High level of commercial acumen
  • Ability to network and build positive, trusting relationships
  • Ability to plan and organise time without being micro-managed
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Ability to travel abroad
