International Trade Area Manager

Department : Commercial / Exports
You are responsible for :
Develop strategies to target and capitalize on new sales growth opportunities within an agreed geographical area, identifying potential customers, initiating engagement and following through to secure the opportunity
Determine potential sales growth opportunities with current customers, ensuring they are aware of the full company capabilities
Establish and maintain private label and contract manufacturing sales and profitability budgets for both existing and new customers
Maintain proficient knowledge of factory capabilities, product developments, lead times, shipping terms etc.
Qualify all potential customer opportunities based on volumes, requirements, feasibility and profitability
Work with the commercial support, R&D, production and accounts teams to effectively deliver the customer needs and requirements within the company’s guidelines
Your Education & Qualifications are :
BSc in Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or related field
MSc degree would be considered a plus
5 years min experience in European sales
Proficient knowledge using MS Office; knowledge of ERP / SAP, CRM is essential
Excellent Knowledge of English language (verbal / written); knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus
You are a professional with :
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Excellent negotiation skills
High level of commercial acumen
Ability to network and build positive, trusting relationships
Ability to plan and organise time without being micro-managed
Ability to travel abroad
