After its acquisition by SEEF Fund of Global Finance in 2007, it has grown rapidly and today it provides a wide range of services and products grouped into 4 categories : Credit Risk Services, Marketing & Sales Solutions, Management Consulting and People & Employment Solutions.

The Head of Digital Solutions Sales will lead the sales team and be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the management.

We are seeking for a high-performing Head of Sales engaged in customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.

Key Duties & Responsibilities include :

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Participate in meetings with current and potential customers and act as an expert in the field. Make presentations and consult the customers or / and the sales consultants on issues related to technical requirements, costs and potential development of their business
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status in the Digital Marketing Industry
  • Build company image by collaborating with customers, partners, suppliers, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends & Betas in the Digital Marketing Ecosystem
  • Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

    Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales team leader, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Digital Marketing Solutions with special focus in Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Google Display Network, Dynamic Remarketing / Retargeting, Google Analytics, Email marketing, Mobile Marketing
  • Google AdWords and Analytics certifications will be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to understand clients’ business needs and translate them into actionable performance strategy
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills and ability to multi-task between different projects
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Greek & English
  • Demonstrate strong Team - Leadership skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
