Communicate Business Development towards the HQ Work out Country strategy and business plan for assigned BU Have in depth knowledge of market segments, potentials, pricing, competitors and applications Maximize market exploitation for assigned Portfolio and identify market opportunities in order to win new business Target customer approach to be aligned with sales organization Maintain / document in CRM tool identified opportunities (inclusive assessment) Provide support in the complete sales process (quotation, technical support, pricing, training) Provide pre-sales support for assigned portfolios for all sales channels Manage all marketing functions of the BU (exhibition, advertisement, customer information) Maintain and update regional specific product master data (localization of global portfolio) Manage PLM process in the Region What you need to bring with you Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering At least 7 years of working experience in relevant business field (Sales / Promotion in Engineering company) Profound knowledge of electrical low voltage & control products.
Building automation products knowledge will be a plus. Knowledge of CRM tools and excellent knowledge in MS Office Strong customer service orientation and problem solving Analytical / strategic thinking and change management skills Growth Mindset : Desire to continuous learning, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to unlearn and relearn Results / Goals orientation and self-motivation for personal and career development within a dynamic working environment Natural curiosity to collaborate with others, grow within a team and ask questions Strong collaboration skills and learning agility Capability to work effectively in teams Fluency in spoken and written Greek, English.
