As CPO PE Europe Care Trainee you will be managing day-to-day operations within the human resource shared services center of CPO People Experience Europe.

People Experience is responsible for operational and transactional activities within HR (CPO) such as employment contract creation / amendments, data maintenance, payroll support.

Our European team is responsible for 43 countries across Europe.

Within PE Care area you will manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs and carry out responsibilitiesin the following areas :

  • Provide professional HR services and acting as an expert of global HR processes, policies, practices and tools ensuring that their application is in line with the local legislation
  • Support / administrative management of employees’ files
  • Support to employees and Line Managers on HR processes
  • Onboarding related tasks (mainly follow up on hiring documents provision and archiving)
  • Exit Management documentation support (mainly follow up on exit documents provision and archiving)
  • Administrative tasks on benefits processes (mainly collecting signatures vi Adobe e-sign tool and forward to vendor)
  • Document archiving / digitalization
  • Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic team player with a high level of motivation, self-organization and a result- and quality-oriented approach to work
  • Good written and oral communication in English and Greek language, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
