Supporting employees in gaining and optimizing knowledge and skills needed for their job in Air Logistics by organizing and delivering business trainings.
Ensuring quality of delivered trainings and quality of work by creating efficient training programs and by monitoring employee learning curves and implementing corrective measures in case that set goals are not achieved.
Creating programs and additional material for training purposes (guidelines, handouts etc.) with a goal to ensure understanding of air processes in Kuehne+Nagel logistics and appropriate usage of Kuehne+Nagel systems.
Organization and delivery of live business trainings for new employees in Air Logistics including enrolment of virtual trainings (CBTs).
Organization and / or delivery of additional trainings with a goal to enhance performance of operators in Air Logistics.
Monitoring learning curves of new employees during 90 day on boarding period or in case of transition to a new team during a period depending on the complexity of the task.
Cooperation with internal respective parties regarding training needs analysis and support in case of low performs.
Cooperation with the implementation team in case of implementation of new processes and design of training programs.
Keeping records of skills and knowledge status of employees and of transition between teams
Performing other tasks assigned by Employer or supervisor.
Your Skills and Experiences
Excellent Knowledge of English language

Advanced knowledge of MS office
