Adecco is currently seeking , on behalf of its client, an international Pharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position :
Assistant Accountant (Short-term)
Prepares financial documents such as invoices, bills, fixed assets etc.
Manages the reconciliation of company’s credit cards on a monthly basis
Maintains digital and physical financial records
Handles the recording and payment of mobiles, utilities and employees’ expenses
Manages day-to-day transactions
Registers financial information into appropriate programs
Supports the Finance department with any administrative task required
University Degree in Accounting or Finance
At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational environment
Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
PC literacy with very good Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to perform under pressure and multitask
