Role Purpose :
CX Engagement Specialist mission is to cultivate a strong CX driven internal culture, through development and implementation of CX internal engagement / communication plan.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Develops, manages and executes CX internal engagement / communication plan (eg engagement platforms, sponsorships, other CX initiatives).
Leverages data and results to shape future plans.
Conceptualizes, writes and edits communications materials for internal channels.
Creates and manages feeds into Workplace & other platforms. Facilitates internal newsletter with NPS fixes.
Leads CX engagement initiatives, aligning and coordinating multiple level internal stakeholders and externals suppliers and partners (eg Customer Days, Days of the frontliners, Touchpoint days).
Identifies and implements new and innovative communication ideas.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
Experience in a related area in a fast-moving and agile environment is considered as a plus
Exceptional communication & strong stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to communicate in a clear, structured and motivating way
Ability to understand the business and working environment we operate in
Strong project management skills
Excellent writing and copy-editing skills
Track record of achievement in delivering communications intended to bring a shift in perception will be considered a plus
Qualifications and skills :
BA and / or MA in Communication, Business Administration, People Management or similar field
Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
Working experience in the communication field will be considered a plus
