JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a trustworthy and experienced Office Manager to handle the administrative tasks related to the company ensuring that all employees have adequate support to work efficiently.
If you have outstanding organizational skills, you are competent in prioritizing and you rely mostly on common sense and self-motivation to perform your duties and responsibilities, then this role is for you!
What you will be doing :
Managing day-to-day office activities and operations
Assisting with implementing company processes and procedures
Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Collaborating with external accountants for billing, collections and payroll
Creating and updating records with personnel, customers, partners and other data
Dealing with the new hire onboarding process, such as handling the paperwork involved with officially bringing a new candidate on board and orientating the new hire to their position
Organizing company events & meetings while assisting the PR manager with company communication
organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings
