In this dynamic environment we are now recruiting an ambitious and highly motivated Business Process Manager for our Finance Transformation team in Athens.
The role entails
Participate in an extensive and diverse portfolio of client facing engagements and initiatives supporting the preparation of proposals, project deliverables, reports and presentations
Holistically examine business processes, effectively identify process improvement opportunities, creatively develop approaches for business problem solving and critically evaluate the trade-offs between business value drivers and costs
Help clients drive strategy execution by reengineering business processes and providing support to change management
Support clients in optimizing key business cycles including but not limited to : Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report
Analyze client current practices, characteristics and needs to develop recommendations for improvement and define a target state informed by best practices and powered by technology ( S4HANA, Salesforce, RPA, etc.)
Learn and apply business process analysis and improvement methodologies and enablers ( process mapping, BPMN, EPC, process mining, LEAN Six Sigma etc.)
Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships by interacting and collaborating effectively with team members, clients and other stakeholders,
Supervise and support more junior team members in delivering assignments
What we are looking for
5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services environment
Excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign top-tier university with a background in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or relevant discipline
This role is an excellent fit for professionals with experience in the areas of Internal Audit or Internal Control Systems looking to make a transition to a more consulting role.
Experience in analyzing, designing, and improving business processes and other operating model elements.
Knowledge of process design, modelling, analysis and simulation. Experience in using business process management software will be regarded positively ( Signavio, ARIS)
A mindset capable of both strategic and operational thinking that enables focus on the big picture as well as attention to detail.
Ability to successfully work within multidisciplinary teams, across different industries, and quickly grasp the key elements of a new business domain.
Intrinsic interest in and a passion for technology and an appetite for continuous learning
Ability to assimilate ideas and information into elegant written, spoken and visual communications.
A confident and positive attitude focused on teamwork and communication
