The Inside Sales Representative for a rising technology company of the ecommerce industry is a B2B sales specialist, focused on a defined set of new accounts within the respective country.
The ISR is in charge of creating new business by either working on existing Leads created by Marketing or created by the ISR itself.
He / she is responsible for the E2E management of identified deals through the sales cycle and keep an up-to-date pipeline.
The ultimate goal of the ISR is to generate incremental revenue by generating new deals. The Inside Sales Account Manager has an overall sales target and KPI goals.
Cold calling to approach new prospects / accounts to understand the installed base and business drivers.
Actively creating new sales for products and associated services and solutions for accounts in the assigned territory via telephone and digital.
Pro-active coverage for B2B customers in assigned territory to expand the Share of Wallet by generating incremental business in non-buying accounts.
Follow up on existing leads generated by the marketing department to pursue them until closure.
Pipeline management & forecast.
Build customer confidence in remote sales capabilities, from procurement to senior levels of customer management. Drives opportunities from qualification to close.
Make outbound calls to Decision Maker contacts to profile customers, generate opportunities and drive opportunities for closure.
Develop End Customer knowledge, capture customer contacts in CRM and customer profiling in associated tools.
Bachelor degree (or above) or corresponding work experience in sales.
Experience in software selling or corresponding products and solutions.
Absolute willingness to compete and win.
Demonstrated ability to create and close business.
Strong B2B customer communication skills.
Proactive attitude towards customers.
Ability to manage time and (potentially competing) priorities based on customer and quota focused objectives.
Good understanding of fundamental IT concepts and solutions.
Team player, ability to collaborate effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
Self-motivated, self-starter attitude.
Ability to handle unique situations and think outside the box.
Problem detection and solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Compensation model : 80% fixed payment, 20% variable.
Agents will work according to local office hours of country they are servicing.
