Your main responsibilities
Perform and audit the process of payroll production
Oversee and audit the import of all new hired personnel in the payroll software
Oversee the import, the readjustments and / or the annual leaves in the payroll software
Ensure that sick leave records of employees are properly kept
Oversee the electronic submission of every working schedule at the Labor Inspection Service
Process and deliver to the Payroll Manager respective payroll files, such as payment files, insurance list to be submitted to the public sector etc.
Deliver respective accounting entries for all group's payroll
Be the contact person for payroll matters for all personnel
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department manager
Keep track and enhance the payroll software with the latest updates and features
Issue certificates related to the public sector
Your main qualifications / skills
Financial related Degree (HR specialization preferable)
A minimum of 2-years’ experience in a Payroll department
Fluency in English
Advanced MS Excel knowledge
HRM / Payroll systems experience
Strong quantitative, analytical & research skills
