Convert Group on behalf of its client Pizza Fan, the largest pizza innovator close to people devoted in delivering customers’ favorite pizza with the tastiest flavors for 23 years, with 76 stores in Greece and Cyprus and with the highest levels of customer experience, is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager .
The right candidate will manage all online marketing channels & partners, taking full responsibility for digital campaigns handling with respect to strategy, budget, structure, targeting, bidding, optimization, analysis and reporting.
He / she will also lead the Search Engine Optimization of digital assets of Pizza Fan.
The role reports to the company’s Managing Director.
Drives all digital activities to achieve top line revenue growth maximizing profitability.
Leads the online channel acquisition strategy formation, coordinating web designers, developers and copywriters.
Plans, executes and analyses awareness & conversion-based campaigns through Google, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube and all available performance based digital channels, coordinating relevant agencies and all partnering aggregators accordingly.
Controls a flexible budget per channel based on performance, reviews regular full media budget reports, and detailed reports after each campaign end with conclusions and insights.
Monitors ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
Recommends changes to website architecture, UI / UX, content, linking and other factors to improve Campaigns Performance and SEO positions for target keywords.
Tests new digital platforms, channels and work in a highly dynamic environment, researching and collecting insights and trends to lead digital growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, or Business. MBA / MSc or professional education in eCommerce or Digital Marketing is preferable.
4+ years of performance optimization related work experience ideally from gaming, forex, travel, technology, FMCGs or digital advertising agencies.
A 360 degrees view and understanding of Digital Marketing and eCommerce (strategy & operations).
Strong understanding of performance-based advertising platforms (especially Google AdWords and Facebook ads).
Excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics and industry’s trends and latest developments regarding SEO / SEM optimization.
Strong mathematical & data analysis skills.
Solid understanding of programmatic advertising.
Familiarity with Google DoubleClick products.
Leadership, project management and organizational skills.
Analytical thinking, quantitative skills and problem-solving abilities.
Results-focused and metrics-driven, self-motivated and flexible.
Excellent command of the English language in both writing & speaking, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the Greek online food order industry will be considered an asset.
