We are looking for a passionate Account Executive to join REPRISE as a member of our Paid Media team!
As Account Executive, you will assist in the day-to-day stewarding of both account and paid media activity on assigned campaigns for our top clients and help take paid media planning to the next level.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, an understanding of overall business strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment while delivering quality results on-time and on-budget.
This role reports to the Client Partner. You’ll collaborate closely with your peers at Reprise as well as across the Mediabrands organization, to effectively execute various growth initiatives
Perform day-to-day activities on Google Ads, Social Media Ad Accounts and other digital advertising platforms.
Understand clients’ needs and decide upon digital marketing strategy.
Monitor performance, suggest optimizations and achieve goals set.
Communicate frequently with clients to evaluate results.
Aggregate reports on a daily / weekly / monthly basis, while working with account leads to generate insights, calculating basic KPIs and understanding how metrics affect each other.
Use research tools to develop profile of target audience with view into their search / online behaviors, media consumption, etc.
Ensure agreed upon pacing and delivery of campaigns, prompt delivery of accurate and useful performance reports to clients.
Desired Skills & Experience
Proven experience of minimum 1 year in Google Ads & Social advertising. Google Analytics knowledge will be considered a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or similar area.
Excel in project management with an ability to manage several deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and dive in on challenging, complex problems with no clear solutions.
Enthusiastic, curious and self-motivated individual, setting and following high standards.
Superior time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail is a must.
Proactive, and takes ownership of work.
Clear verbal and written communication skills, in professional Greek and English.
