Adecco is currently seeking , on behalf of its client, an international company in the air industry, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position :
Monitor stock levels and identifies purchasing needs
Conduct market researches for new suppliers, products and services
Manage proposal requests
Track orders and ensures timely delivery
Handle the tender process and collaborate with the internal customers and the vendors for the successful outcome of the supply process
Perform commercial evaluation, negotiate with suppliers and report the tender results, recommending the best solution for the company
Issue the official purchase orders and ensure that all agreed terms and conditions with vendors depicted on them
Cooperate with all involved parties and the vendor for the finalization and signature of the contracts
Update and monitor internal databases
At least two (2) years of experience in procurement field
University degree or TEI degree in Engineering
Advanced use of English language (both oral and written)
Knowledge and hands on experience in using ERP systems
Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
