Clinician Promotion Specialist, Oncology

We are seeking a candidate to support this position through :

  • Accountability to influence clinicians to be portfolio champions at current and prospective customer sites in Oncology
  • Responsibility to grow strategic portfolios in Oncology within context of commercial strategy, through KOL engagement, partnering with external stakeholders to deliver all relevant clinical & scientific commercial messages
  • Promotion of Roche’s clinical high-value products in Oncology through the consistent relationship management of with clinicians
  • Responsible for successful implementation of commercial strategy by promoting individual products and total solution offering within Roche Diagnostics Oncology
  • Accountability to work cross functionally with Sales to formulate account plans, Business Development / Government Affairs to ensure market access messages are appropriately managed in the field
  • Responsible to ensure OneRoche Oncology messaging and strategy are executed to align pathologist, oncologists in the market
  • Requirements :

  • PhD or Masters in field of Life Sciences
  • 3-5 years of experience clinical selling in diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry, previously worked in diagnostic laboratory.
  • The right incumbent should demonstrate :
  • Core tasks of Clinician Promotion such as how to start dialogue with HCPs in Oncology to identify unmet needs
  • Present value based messaging on on-label clinical or health economic data, utilize approved proof sources t to strengthen relationships with HCPs
  • Capable of generating awareness of existing and newly approved diagnostics in Oncology
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written, negotiation) in fluent Greek / English using PowerPoint to effectively maintain best-
  • in-class working relationships with customers

  • Ability to establish a network of endorsers in the medical community and laboratories.
  • Working knowledge of project management to deliver simple and complex market objectives
  • Excitement and a sense of empathy to make a difference in this role
