We are looking for a high-performing Sales Supervisor to support the promotion of our product portfolio to healthcare professionals in Thessaloniki and North Greece by crafting competitive sales plans and maximizing our sales team potential.
This position will be based in Thessaloniki and will report directly to the Sales Director North Greece.
Design and implement a strategic business plan with market initiatives that will maintain long-term product recognition in the private market - cardiologists, pathologists, general doctors
Achieve growth and exceed sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Set objectives, manage performance and develop sales representatives
Make market visits to engage with key healthcare professionals
Explore new market opportunities and take action to improve our sales strategies based on market data and competition analysis
Prepare sales reporting and forecasts to the management team
Attend medical conferences, workshops or other relevant events as required
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and / or Business Administration. A Master's Degree in any of these academic areas will he highly appreciated
6-7 years of sales work experience in the pharmaceutical sector with special focus on cardiologists, pathologists and general doctors.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English
Strong negotiation, organizational and presentation skills
Ability to build strong relationships and resolve problems
Self-motivation and teamwork mentality
People management skills
Availability to travel 40% of time
