So what’s the challenge
The Numeric & Lotteries Director leads the customer proposition, performance, development and effective operation of the numeric and lottery products, i.
e Kino, Tzoker, Scratch, Passive Lotteries etc., through defining the product characteristics, pricing, gaming operational processes, marketing activities that will result on one hand in securing customer & network satisfaction and on the other hand in ensuring top & bottom line growth.
Your day to day will include :
Developing the overall strategy of the Numeric & Lotteries products, in line with the overall OPAP strategy & Product strategy and ensuring alignment with other interfacing strategies and goals.
Driving all aspects of customer proposition, defining the key trigger points / directions per customer segment and propose / implement actions to achieve growth of Numeric & Lotteries products across all customer segments.
Establishing the processes and procedures of the Team, ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities and standards of OPAP and directing their accurate implementation from all parties.
Monitoring the market and is up-to-date on improvements and advancements in the numeric games and lotteries industry and setting changes in the product operations and features that will improve effectiveness, increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
Ensuring that numeric and lottery products operate according to the technical specifications and business requirements and are in compliance with the regulatory framework and proceeding to necessary adjustments when necessary
Proposing the annual budget of the Team and upon approval monitors and controls its accurate execution, focusing on the cost efficient delivery of the agreed goals and the achievement of possible savings
Controlling and driving the achievement of the approved objectives and KPIs of the numeric and lottery products, introducing the necessary changes in processes, procedures and products to meet GGR, profitability and P&L targets
Working with the delivery channels, i.e. retail network and online, and also internal stakeholders and vendors for the creation of product features that will enable the effective promotion of the products to different market segments
Leading the negotiations with vendors of numeric and lottery games, e.g. scratch, and services providers (e.g. logistics, printing) for the achievement of agreements that will enable the performance of the products
Ensuring the development and implementation of the suitable go-to-market (GTM) and roll-out plans, including the ATL and BTL marketing initiatives and works closely with the delivery channels to continually improve customer experience and product attractiveness
Reviewing the numeric and lotteries products marketing material and ensures that meet the proposition needs and quality standards
Overseeing the accurate management of the product physical stock and voiding coupon processes according to the operating and regulatory standards
Providing leadership to all teams of Numeric & Lotteries ensuring the accurate communication and establishment of the corporate vision, goals and culture and guiding the team by providing the necessary support and coaching for the development of their skills and achievement of set goals
What you need to succeed :
BSc in Engineering, Marketing or related field, MSc / MBA is highly desirable.
10+ years of hands-on experience in product management and development in FMCG, Gaming, Retail, Banking or Telecoms sector
Excellent knowledge of gaming industry products and operations would be considered as a strong asset
Strong understanding of technology and business and how these two domains can be fitted together

Strong management and leadership skills; proven ability of managing diverse teams and projects effectively
