The research assistant will participate in the activities of WP1 Project management and coordination , WP3 Experts knowledge models , WP7 Large-scale system validation and WP8 Communicating the PROTEIN project , and more specifically in the following Third year progress Final version of genetic and gut microbiome First version of system demonstration and piloting Final version of system demonstration and piloting PROTEIN ecosystem overall Deepening understanding of food choice Final communication report
Specific tasks : Development and monitoring of research protocol, pilot application of the PROTEIN app in the Greek population, nutritional monitoring and assessment of pilot sample, design and development of nutritional databases.
Contribution to deliverables and scientific publications, dissemination of project results and support of administrative processes.
Required Research Experiences
Skills / Qualifications
Degree (BSc) in Nutrition and Dietetics
Master Degree (MSc) in Nutrition and Dietetics
Two (2) years of previous experience in EU funded / co-funded projects in relevant topics
One (1) year of certified experience in the use of project management information systems (administrative focus)
Ten (10) scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals or conferences in relevant topics
Certified excellent knowledge of English language
Certified computer knowledge
Optional Further experience in EU funded / co-funded projects in relevant topics (beyond the required 2 years)
Optional Further certified experience in the use of project management information systems (administrative focus) (beyond the required 1 year)
Optional Scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals or conferences (beyond the 10 required)
