About the Technical Support Specialist role at Dataedo :
You'll contribute to our path. We want you to help us build a great experience for all Dataedo customers. Your job will be to serve our customers' needs, working on the front line of support.
That means working with our product and solving technical problems.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will :
Answer and solve customers problems and questions about documenting data and databases mostly live chat, e-mail and forum, but sometimes you’ll need to jump on a call with a customer
Work with the development team to resolve more complex problems
Cooperate with Customer Success and Sales
Contribute to knowledge base and documentation
You’re the perfect candidate if you have :
Experience working in customer support
Ability to resolve technical customer problems and explain them to customers
Understanding of databases, SQL, data structures
Fluent command of English - it's essential as our customers are mostly located in the US
Ability to create short guides, documentation
Technical background education and / or experience with software development or data / business intelligence
Ability to work in flexible pattern with evening hours we need to adapt to our customers time-zones

Salary : B2B 7,000 10,000 PLN net (26 days off included), CoE 6,000 8,300 PLN gross
