The Talent Acquisition Manager is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high growth company.
We are a global team of almost twenty Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning across the globe from the United States, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Germany, Greece and the UK.
We are looking for a senior leader on our team to lead critical hires across the UK in Client Services, Business Development and other operational roles.
This person will manage one Recruiter to start and report directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead in New York, US.
This position can be based in any of the following locations : London, Athens, India. This person needs to work UK standard hours.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :
Lead the recruitment strategy of the Client Services teams in London
Oversee various relationships with Senior Managers across the UK
Sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter
Manage incoming applications and review CV's with hiring management teams
Focus on mapping professionals within the industries and building a pipeline
Own the candidate process from phone screen to offer stage
Work with our TA Associate to align on interview scheduling and candidate communications
Manage stakeholder relationships and work closely internal teams
WHAT YOU HAVE :
Due to the requirements of the role, we are keen to find someone immediately available
Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience
Experience in sourcing and headhunting
Previously worked in a fast paced and growing environment
Proven excellence in project management
Results focused, continually seeking to exceed expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professionally fluent in English is necessary
